The couple got engaged on September 12, 2016, and they were married the 12th of March in 2017. On the 24th of March in 2017, it became known that Seyfried had given rise to their daughter. Seyfried and Sadoski were expecting their second child in September 2020. Sadoski is also a board member at INARA. This organization assists children who have been displaced to get medical treatment they need, following injuries related to conflict. He also serves as an ambassador for the non-profit organisations War Child USA and War Child Canada as well as is a member of the advisory board for the non-profit Fortify Rights and a board member emeritus of the non-profit Refugees International
