Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971, is a well-known and rich Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and she were two of the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss - born July 23rd 1971 - is a popular American bluegrass and country vocalist. She entered the music industry as a young girl, having won local competitions at 10,, and recording her first album when she was 14 years old. She signed by Rounder Records, her first album was released in 1987. She was then invited to join Alison Krauss Union Station, the band she currently performs with. Her first album together as a band was released in 1989.
